-P R O G R A M A S    E U R O P E O S: PASOS PARA SOLICITAR FORMACIÓN EN OTROS PAÍSES DE LA UNIÓN EUROPEA



Tener disponible la última versión de Adobe, a través de la web www.get.adobe.com/reader, para facilitar la descarga y lectura del formulario de solicitud.

Descubrir el curso más interesante en la dirección www.ec.europa.eu/education/trainingdatabase, haciendo click en “search form”. Rellena los campos con información que ajuste la búsqueda y click en “search”. Una vez seleccionado el curso, tomar nota de los datos del mismo y, especialmente, de su código.

Entrar en la web de la entidad organizadora del curso seleccionado, dirigirles un e-mail y reservar plaza. La documentación que esa institución envíe por correo electrónico hay que adjuntarla en los envíos postales que haya que hacer de la solicitud a Madrid y a Las Palmas, después de la tramitación on-line.

Abrir la web de la Oficina Española de Programas Europeos, www.oapee.es Dirigirse a Servicios y  pinchar en “Formularios de solicitud/Gestión en línea”. Dentro de la acción Formación Continua Comenius para Personal Educativo, hacer click primero en “Léame” y luego en “Formulario”, abriéndose un archivo con nombre “ist_A_1.2”.

Guardar el archivo del Formulario en el escritorio, para poder rellenarlo de forma tranquila y segura. Luego, gran parte de la información requerida se podrá copiar y pegar en el formulario on-line.

Llegando a la finalización de la cumplimentación on-line, pulsar el botón de “validar”, y después “enviar”. Si todo ha ido bien, se recibe una confirmación en formato PDF, que hay que guardar.

Imprimir el formulario de solicitud enviado y el archivo PDF “Confirmación del envío” con el código de identificación del envío.

8º. Rellenar a mano el formulario de solicitud impreso en la Declaración de Honor (última página).

. Enviar una copia en papel con firma original a la Agencia Nacional y otra copia con firma original a su comunidad autónoma. Las direcciones están en www.oapee.es

10º. Incluir en cada uno de los envíos postales (a la Agencia Nacional y a la de la Comunidad Autónoma) un oficio en el que se relate la documentación que se adjunta: ejemplar del envío on-line, ejemplar de la confirmación, ejemplar de la reserva de plaza por parte de la institución organizadora, y fotocopias de títulos, con compulsa original. Llevar los sobres abiertos a Correos para que se pueda estampar sello en el oficio y en la primera hoja del formulario con fecha legible.

-EL PROGRAMA CLIL EN TELEVISIÓN: Desde aquí puedes acceder a informaciones emitidas en televisión en Canarias sobre el funcionamiento del programa CLIL. La Televisión Canaria emitió una noticia sobre  el Programa CLIL en el Ceip Yaiza, centro pionero en CLIL en Educación Primaria en Lanzarote.
